OKANCARE was born from a deeply personal place.

At the time, I was going through the emotional breakdown of my marriage. I felt isolated. I had family and friends who cared, but no one could truly support me in the way I needed. What I craved wasn’t just advice or encouragement — I needed space to just be. To feel. To not be “strong” for a moment.

Then, one day in a coffee shop, I spoke to a stranger. Just a short, ordinary conversation. But something about it felt different. They weren’t trying to fix me. They weren’t offering solutions. They were simply present — and in that presence, I felt seen.

It hit me then:
So many people are walking through life carrying emotional weight silently. What if there was a space created specifically for that kind of support — without judgment, pressure, or performance?
